Mr. Fell, before joining Oaksware, has held many different managerial positions both in the US and abroad. He has several years of experience in the international trade dealing with hardware, software and business solutions. He has a very deep understanding and knowledge of the import/export laws and regulations of most countries in Latin America.
Cecil has lived and studied in many countries in Latin America as well as in the US; therefore, he has a very good understanding of the different idiosyncrasies around. Very results oriented having always achieved lofty measurable results.
